The closing ceremony for the international diving festival, Tioman Mega Dive this year takes on a new approach by incorporating a reunion party for the infamous Scandals club that was operating in the late 80’s and late 90’s at 2 different locations in Kuala Lumpur.

The heydays of these triumphant institutions music generally gave birth to the prima-donnas of the clubbing scene when it first took a new approach in introducing prime quality music and cutting edge tunes at the same time it entertained various funky people of a new generation of music back then.

Nostalgia hits the shores of Tioman Island with the likes of DJ maestros from the days of Scandals back then who are still very much involved in the clubbing scene today.

The hunt for Miss Palm Beach 2006 begins 7 September and many beauties will take centre stage in the Miss Palm Beach 2006 pageant to be held at Palm Beach Bistro and Pub in Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur beginning 7 September. The pageant will be held on Thursdays, from 9pm onwards.

In the preliminary heats, six to eight contestants will be selected for the semi-finals to be held on 28 September.
